  • The device is not compatible and has been verified.
  • A technical problem on our part that prevents use

2. Cases when refund is not offered

  • eSIM is activated or used (even partially)
  • The device is not compatible and has not been pre-checked.
  • Problems with the local network or poor coverage
  • Customer installation errors

3. Request deadline

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

4. Refund process

5. Processing time

Requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days and are processed inside 5-10 working days.
